Child Services Provider Evaluation Process
At Parent Approved 4Kids, trust is earned — not assumed. Every provider in our network undergoes a thorough, multi-step evaluation to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.
Our evaluation focuses on four essential indicators: Customer Experience, Credentials, Business Practices, and Security. We collect and verify detailed information, review policies and procedures, and assess real-world performance to determine each provider’s overall grade.

How well do they support children and communicate with parents?
We look at responsiveness, communication, parent satisfaction, and the overall experience families have with the provider.
Credentials
Are they properly licensed and trained according to state and federal requirements?
We verify licensing, training, and qualifications to help ensure providers meet or exceed regulatory standards.
Business Practices
Do they operate professionally, reliably, and with transparency?
We review policies, procedures, documentation, and consistency in the way the program is managed day-to-day.
Security
Are safety policies and protections actively in place every day?
We examine safety protocols, supervision, facility security, and emergency preparedness to protect children’s well-being.
After a full review of documents, site insights, and family feedback, providers receive an Overall Grade: A, B, or C.
